What should I bring?
The basic list depends on the tour and season. After booking you'll receive a detailed checklist. The most important things: comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
What fitness level do I need?
Each tour has a difficulty level. Anyone healthy can do an "easy" one. "High" tours require multi-day trekking experience.
How does payment work?
Card payment via website, bank transfer, or cash on arrival. Deposit is usually 30%, balance on the day of the tour.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation 14+ days ahead. 7-14 days — 50% refund. Rescheduling to another date is always possible.
Is insurance included?
Basic accident insurance is included in all mountain tours. For serious ascents, additional insurance is mandatory.
